And she loves her first born son so much that she will be overjoyed and give him a great home cooked meal. She does not know he will be out of town with his latest hussy, not his wife :-) What a cold world where nothing is fully black and white!

Denise, thank you, yours is an equally good interpretation! That's what I like about these shots, there is no answer; we are left to assume.

An to your question, I have yet to leave any color in my B&Ws. I've seen it done, and if done conservatively it can work (I guess), but then that kind of defeats the (my) purpose of B&W. Maybe you should post your question as Mike suggested -as a separate thread- we might see some very good examples of adding/leaving color.
