I'd appreciate CC on this photo.
The watermarked photo had some editing done with lightroom.
    Other is SOOC

I like the image, and #1 is a bit brighter and sharper looking. Have you considered converting to B&W? I think this would be an ideal image for B&W (but then, I have a preference for B&W. I had to search for this one, couldn't recognize the grill, a 1957 IHC pick up. That might actually be worth some $.

Colour says nothing I believe mono printed high contrast would be better

If it stays colour I would say that the second one is the best for this motive. Maybe a partial lightening of the truck. Or else, B/W.

    Hi Randall.

You found a very interesting subject, and old decaying, abandoned truck. To me the most interesting aspect is the front end. The sky is distracting because it is quite bright. The small amount of field around the truck and the trees in the background do not contribute to the viewer's insight of why the truck is here. Having said that, I do like the truck and it is obviously the main subject.

I downloaded and cropped your image, and re-posted here. I hope you do not mind. This version concentrates the viewer''s attention on the decay and abandonment of the truck.

That's my two cents. You and others may have a much different opinion.

Thank you Ken for your insight. I appreciate it. Cropping seems to go a long way to make a photo more appealing.

    Re: Jalopy

Thank you everyone for your insight. I am learning the ways of Lightroom and I did make it a tad to bright. B&W is the way to go on this. I just wish I could distinguish the multicolour look in B&W.

Hi Randall, I actually like both cropped and uncropped version I find your edit a bit too bright, but you can fix it anyway. IMO it is an image which works both B&W and colour
