The only two things weird about this are the toilet roll appears to be totally unsupported (?) and I'm not sure if you are reaching for the tissue because your Canon 5D Mk2 has broken down... or you had a bad curry last night.

The original idea involved a dirty thumb print at the torn end of the roll. But that looked pretty disgusting.
