    Beauty hiding

I had come home from work yesterday morning late and noticed this rose somewhat hidden in the bush. So in the evening I took some shots just as the sun was setting thinking I would use my shutter speed accordingly. This morning I reviewed and worked with the pictures and I was not happy with what I was seeing.
Frustrated, it dawned on me when I looked out the window we just had a sunrise, a light fog defusing the sunrise, and looking at the rose bushes in our front yard I just grabbed my camera and tri-pod and snapped some shots.
I love this shot and would appreciate everyone thoughts.
    Thanks

Very nice ... I find yellow flowers to be one of the most difficult to photograph. I don't know if there is a technical reason for this.

The rose is a nice color and shape and it looks as if the center is well in focus.

If you can shoot again, try moving the leaf stem away that covers the rose on the one side.

I wonder if taking a light reading (with a handheld meter) on the yellow would give you more accurate information
