    Re: If you save up

Apparently there is a new model coming soon so I suppose the old stock will be sold off cheap!

One listed on E bay for £560 including lens! Not much information there and the photos don't appear to show the camera; so I'm a bit suspicious of that one. Claims to be unused though.

Amazon UK have them priced at $28,000. Also listed at UK Amazon but when I go to the link, all I can find is a couple of accessories.

I recently walked by the Leica store in Washington, D.C. That's the closest that I've knowingly been to Leica camera equipment.

I don't understand: what is the news in this link? Is this not the old camera on sale for years? Anyway, much the same as what they say in this link on the S2 is true for my Nikon d800e, for a fraction of the price.

Hi Mike, you may like to sit in front of the screen and view this while you drink a decanted white(or red)wine....

    If you save up

If you send $200 you can have a print - a bargain compared to buying a camera with it on.

Actually if I had sufficient money I think owning a S series camera would be very enjoyable.

And much is very different - like a huge sensor and leaf shutters.

Yes, and I am certain the shopping experience is much more convivial.

Regarding the sensor, check out this link:

Ahhhhhhh, yes. A viewing experience that complements the wine.
