    Planning ahead!

My parents and I are making plans to go to Alaska next year for 2 weeks! We went previously in 2005, but I would like to think that my skills have improved in the time since. I am so excited to revisit some of the things I did and see how I can do this time.

I am especially looking forward to Denali. I am trying not to get my hopes up too high, but I have a list of animals I would LOVE to be able to photograph. Wolves, raptors, bear, moose, fox, etc. The list is pretty extensive, and I will be such a happy photo nerd if I can come away with any of those!

Lucky you. A few years ago I was on a tiger reserve in India and went on three excursions in one day, did not see one tiger. By the time they scheduled the fourth I didn't even bother to go, the group that went said they didn't see anything on that trip either. I did see quite a few peacocks during the trip so not all was lost. So don't get too discouraged, it's the unplanned outings that provide you with the best opportunities.

    Your title is: “Planning ahead!”.

So my question to you is - are you going to share and discuss?

    1. what you achieved last time
    2. where you feel you can improve this time
    3. steps you will make to do that
