    A little bit of Puglia

I took my husband for a surprise trip to Italy in late April - long story.......... before we went and since life has been bonkers and I have had no time to even look at the photos. Tonight I grabbed an hour and found some I though may have turned out and here they are - a little flavour of Puglia - the poppies were glorious.

The first is one of the typical houses of the area - a Trulli, found nowhere else in the world and surrounded by fields

    A little bit of Puglia

The second is just the poppies..........................

    A little bit of Puglia

    Hope you like them too.

Mike indeed it is and of course Negroamaro - I sampled both in the interests research as to which is best - the project continues as I fail to decide.

Lovely shots Kaye My only humble advice for #1 would be cropping from the bottom just to the half of the wall so that the very foreground green doesn't distract. My eyes keep going there.
