Falling Foss
This waterfall (Foss) is just downstream from the May Beck image I posted recently. I have made images of this waterfall previously but I've never ventured down to the foot of the falls. Mainly because on my previous visits I have always been with SWMBO, and the way down to this position isn't without risk. However this time I was accompanied by another photographer, which didn't really mitigate the risk but at least I had company who was willing to share the risks.
As always your thoughts, comments and critique of the image would be welcome.

Re: Falling Foss
Nice use of foreground material and difficult light. A very enjoyable scene.

Re: Falling Foss
Great shot. I don't normally like 'milky' water but this photo is perfectly balanced and it works so well.

Re: Falling Foss
I am generally not a fan of milky water either, but I think you have used the technique to good affect here as it really brings our the rock structure in the falls.

Re: Falling Foss
A striking rendition Peter. It is not often that you can get a series of natural steps like this to really add interest to the scene! Well done.

Re: Falling Foss
That's a great shot Peter, all the more for having been there and knowing how difficult getting to that viewpoint is. All the tourist info shots that you see are always from above and for good reason. Worth the effort.
