    Pitville Park Cheltenham

Would appreciate your thoughts on this one from a couple of years ago. Processed in LR and Silver Efex, many thanks.

I like how the light draws the viewer toward the center. It's got so much detail that I'd like to see it in a larger image. I wonder if the detail in the clouds competes with the detail in the trees but would reserve final thoughts about that until I can review a larger image.

Chris very nicely done, got to love that Silver Efex, just one small suggestion, the dome on the house. What if you placed a control point on the cloud right above the dome and one to each side of it in the white sky then 3 points will lock those areas preventing any changes. Now put a control point on the dome and bring down the brightness of the dome so that it stands out more from the sky around it. Now a larger image may show that, but I am looking at a rather small image.
    Great image all together.

    Cheers: Allan

Great idea, I'll take a look later and bring down brightness on the dome and post back.

Great suggestion by Allan and perfect execution of his recommendation in the revised version. Now that I have reviewed the larger version, no problems about potential conflict between the clouds and the trees.

It would be good if I could take shots like this more often, most of what I do I reject.

Christ with the dome darken and you did it just enough it really makes the building stand out. To me it makes a big change in the building, just something so small and slight as darkening just one tiny spot. What I first liked about the image was the drama in the sky I am a sucker for that, now the dome stands out from the sky and brings attention to the building itself.
That is just my way of thinking.
