Another Lesson Learned
Was hoping that my daily shot would turn out better...learned a lesson though, heed your composition!
The yellow flower was positioned to shoot the stalks straight-on...looks terrible with that perspective!

I wonder about a 90 degree clockwise rotation and crop from the bottom (after rotation) to create a 4 x 5 ratio? Which will probably lose a fraction of the white flower.

Re: Another Lesson Learned
It actually looks like a white flower shot rather than the yellow one . Geoff's suggestion might help. Anyway I like the shot as it is except for the bluish colour on the leaves

Re: Another Lesson Learned
I live in a virtual wild flower heaven but rarely shoot them because I'm not so good at it. So consider my comments appropriately.
Exposure and colors on the blooms themselves look pretty good. There is a slight blue cast on my monitor on the white petals. There's already been a comment about the bluish leaves.
Compositionally the relative positions of the two primary blooms is nice. Maybe a slight CCW rotation for a bit more diagonal. I find the unopened yellow bud at left to be very distracting as it is very bright and stands out by itself. The bud and partially opened bloom on the white flower don't add anything IMO. For that reason I agree with the prior comment on a 4x5 crop. Also IMO a simple featureless black or dark green BG would work better.
Comments from the peanut gallery....
