I really like the shot of the red winged blackbird. I've always wanted to get a shot of one of the males in flight so the red from both wings was displayed (no luck as of yet).

1 is very nice, grain and all. 2 & 3 are somewhat spoiled by the reeds in the foreground, but I imagine you probably didn't have much choice there. 4 is excellent. Are you shooting RAW? If so, a little bit of "Fill Light" adjustment in ACR might bring some detail to the black feathers.
