Computer was down for a while....
I changed from a Logitech cordless keyboard/mouse to a Microsoft cordless setup I ended up with very erratic mouse/keyboars activity to finally no control over the mouse or keyboard at all. The problem was that I couldn't remove the drivers for the Logitech system and the Logitech and Microsoft drivers had a back alley fight. My technician was finally able to remove the Logitech driver.
However, I added an additionally 8-Gigs of RAM to make a total of 16-gigs instead of 8-gigs. The computer is really humming at warp speed now. I can really notice the difference.
It's nice to have my NIK software back also. The slow notebook I was using sis not have NIK onboard and I really missed that capability.

Re: Computer was down for a while....
It is "ALMOST" sorted out. I photographed some of my rescue puppies today and downloaded the images using Adobe Bridge however, when I try to open those images in Photoshop CS6, I have just gotten this message:
"Configuration Error
Please uninstall and reinstall this product
If this problem still occurs contact Adobe Technical Support for help
Error 16"
I will do this tomorrow, it is too late to begin now. but, I am worried about the phrase "If this problem still occurs contact Adobe Technical Support for help". I don't have a very good track record of getting satisfactory help from Adobe Technical Support!
I am also worried about my NIK and OnOne software Plug-Ins/ I hope that they work...
