Re: BIF images for C&C
Given the cropping Bedanta, all are very well captured!

Very nice shots. The image of the gull is especially beautiful to me for the perspective and all the gorgeous detail.
It is definitely harder to fill the frame with a 300 mm lens but if you can find a locale where you can get close to the birds (bigger ones like flamingos and even gulls), it is do-able.

Re: BIF images for C&C
Hello, Bedanta. Good to see you are back with the birds!
I loved all your three images. My only comment: On #2, try to crop a little the right side and add a little more space to the left (behing the bird). Just a little, not centralizing the bird within the frame . Do it and see if you like it . Anyway, 3 beautiful shots and very well executed!
Regards,

Re: BIF images for C&C
I just wonder about a slight rotation of #1 before cropping. So the bird is flying at a slight upward, or downward, angle which will help to fill the scene a little more instead of having a 'bird sandwich' which you currently have. A slice of sky, then bird, then more sky in equal measures. A little too equal for me?
Just a thought.
