Hummingbird

Hi. When I last visited my parents, last month, I shot this beauty in my Dad's house. He is offering this "fresh beverage" to the hummingbirds everyday (and they just love it). They nested under a roof corner and hatched 3 adorable little ones!

Very reminiscent of an illustration. I like it a lot.

This version displays a sharpening halo around the bird that I would be willing to bet is not displayed in the original. My smaller versions created for display here involve a batch-processed sharpening that occasionally produces halos.

Otavio, as superlative as that image is, it suffers from the same problem that others have with hummer pictures...a butt ugly feeder.

Hello, Greg. Yes, fresh water and a bit of sugar. But be careful, the water has to be replaced everyday, as the sugar fermentation can harm this beautiful small bird . Regards,

stunning, I didn't notice the halo until it was mentioned. After reading the post I went back and looked, get rid of that and I would like more than I already do.
