Revival of a girl's friendship

Not a very good picture in terms of quality... but an expression of a friendship carried further as their mothers still have a very deep and close one. And, what is the remarkable part of the picture and the story behind, a sky showing a cloudy heart! Just noticed it after taking that snapshot.
It was taken last weekend, when I visited my friend for going to German Highland Games. We had such nice weather, lovely folks and nice chats, great gigs (do you know Skerryvore, Mr MacKenzie?), lots of bag pipers (Ronnie Bromhead as a quite successful one) and the Teutonia pipe band, good looking guys and girls in kilts, shooting with bow and arrows and other entertainments for children, picknick, cool drinks, wonderful performances, funny surprises and a happy joyful time.

Cute kids and a lovely story. Memorable photos are always the best. Many different things make them so and moments captured of friends/family are at the top of the list. Some post processing may expose those cute faces better.

I'm betting the girls are really going to like this photo, especially in the years ahead. The heart in the clouds is amazing, great capture. As Dan said above, if you can, try to bring out a bit more detail in the girls face, especially the one on the left.
