Wonderful. #1 makes me laugh too. I really like #2 best since he's turned such that more is in focus. It makes the color look nicer. Great background too.
+1 for #2 , very nice composition David
The first one is a hoot, David.
I like the colours of the second shot, nice composition too. In both the damselfly looks very happy to see you.
Cheers John
Thank's Terri, much appreciated!

Thank you Greg, glad you liked them, it's not everyday you get a smile like that!
Nice images, David. Macro shooting like this, of insects, is difficult, yet your images show good technical execution. I am also jealous, as I'd like to get some first time images of damselflies and dragonflies.
Cheers Matt, much appreciated, these are among my first Damsel Fly images also, they can be very skittish and difficult to capture.
One of the members on here gave me a great tip when trying to shoot them, more often than not when spooked they return to the same spot, so as long as you are careful enough, there is a good chance of grabbing a few images!
Especially in #2 , the look in the eyes and the smile on its face tell everything David, very flirting
Very nice, David. #1 is really funny. Thanks for sharing. Regards,
Two great shots David and for me, no.2 has arrived. Good work.
Tacky at best...poking fun at an elderly person just because of his mandibular inadequacies?I think this guy needs a new dentist
