BooDoo The Summer Dog
One one of the few times she is not soaking wet from a romp in the ocean. She spent her first night at the beach at 9 weeks and 13 lbs. Now 14 months and 73 lbs, she truly enjoys the beach. For your enjoyment and critique.

She is so cute Jack I think these are midday photos and IMO lighting looks ok but I'm not an expert about it

Re: BooDoo The Summer Dog
Thanks Binnur. These two were taken about 2pm in the afternoon so yeah, lighting was a bit harsh, but she was dried from her morning swim in the ocean and hadn't yet gone out for her afternoon swim. She's either wet, running or asleep.

Re: BooDoo The Summer Dog
Beautiful looking dog, Jack, and from your description the appearance is matched by her nature.
I would try to clone out the shadows on the right and maybe crop a third of the off the top between her head and the frame. But it is such a good shot, why don't you try another crop of just her head and shoulders, it works for me in lytebox.

Re: BooDoo The Summer Dog
Thanks Greg. Actually I started to clone out those shadows...it became a rather tedious task I decided not to.
Which pic are you thinking about head and shoulders. I agree both have enough IQ I can crop tighter.

Re: BooDoo The Summer Dog
Either one, Jack, they both show a heap of character. I was looking at the first one enlarged in lytebox when I thought it could be just head and shoulders.

Re: BooDoo The Summer Dog
Every time I see an image of your beautiful doodle, it makes me smile. Doodles are magical dogs who can make people happy just looking at them....
She's 18 pounds heavier than my girl and she probably has a bit of growing to do!

Nicely done, the harsh light suits her well.

Thanks Richard. It's funny to see people's reaction to her; she's been referred to as a Disney dog, a muppet, a cartoon dog, she loves all the attention.

Re: BooDoo The Summer Dog
Thanks Dan. She loves the beach!! She has become fearless and has become a capable swimmer. Only way to get her out of the water is with a stick.

Re: BooDoo The Summer Dog
Thanks John. The way her fur lays it's always hard to see her eyes. The high, harsh light lit her up nicely.
