Wanted to see what you all thought. I have a lot to edit but I thought these were decent. I love shooting with her, I think she's gorgeous.

Hi Bob,

First question is "how are you handling your white balancing"? - In the first shot it's looking a bit on the warm side, whereas on the 2nd it's looking OK on the leg, but completely different on the face.

Hi Colin In the second one, she is wearing make up and that's why the colour on her face might be different. Because all her skin except for her face has same colour. Just an idea ,occured to me..

Thanks binnur. That may indeed be the issue here - I've had significant issues with makeup causing metamerism.

Mostly folks wear far far far too much makeup when being photographed - the camera often doesn't take too kindly to it (especially eye liner)

Bob, she is a very pretty lady and I prefer the second shot. In the first one something about her position just look unnatural to me, it almost looks segmented...if that makes any sense. The second shot has a much better flow to it.

Thanks Binnur. This is the case. Add to that that the key light is more perpendicular to her leg than her face, which makes that area a little brighter. It does cause a problem that's kind of hard to deal with. These were each shot in different rooms as well using different lighting. We grey carded which helps but not to perfection.

Jon, the first shot above was actually done after we had been at it for about 3 hours. We were both getting pretty ragged by then. In fact shortly after I shot that one she put her head down and closed her eyes. I shot that and we quit.

I like everything except the crop in the first of your second set, too severe beneath the breasts. The second image done very well.
