    When Buzzards Rule The World

When buzzards rule the world they'll have no trouble being heard! This was just a fun shot but C&C is always solicited and appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Andrew

Great eye, concept and caption. Well worth taking the time to bring out some more detail in the eagle...um buzzard.

Hilarious that it's sitting on top of the owl decoy which is intended to keep birds away.

I didn't even realize that it's an owl. I use a plastic owl successfully at my house but I have to move it to a new location every couple of years to prevent the birds from getting used to it. I went too long once without moving it and my poor plastic owl suffered the ignoble fate of a bird building a nest on its head.

When I first researched whether the plastic owls really work, I saw one Internet thread in which a guy explained that they do a really great job of keeping all the plastic birds away.

Thanks Mike. I did make an effort to bring out some detail in the bird in the image posted. Using Lightroom I dodged the bird half a stop and then raised shadows and a touch of clarity and local sharpening. Not sure how much more I can get out of it with my tools and skill set. Others are more than welcome to have a try!

I did think it rather amusing that the buzzard had perched on the owl! Great story regarding your plastic owl.

Thanks to all for comments and looking.
