I like the idea. Water drops are always popular and the flowers OOF in the BG add nice color. Execution has room for improvement. Most notably it's not quite sharp which is really critical for the water drops to be effective. Maybe a bit underexposed overall as well. Very imaginative and a good eye. The technical stuff is the easiest to improve.
