Great contribution, Binnur. Lovely image. I fooled with Mike's suggestion in the lightbox and think it is produces a good version - it really does ghelp emphasize the great job you did with the foreground.

Nice idea using the lightbox like that Mike.
I think I agree with your comments re rocks. There is cloud with an end right of centre. Crop just above that and then off the left to move the sun to around a 1/3. Looks best to me then. Not sure why. Suspect it's because as it's bright the sun draws the eye and then the image is appreciated.
It's a sunset or it's rocks? Best way to look at things like that is it a nice shot.. Didn't like the cropped version posted at all.

Thank you for commenting John I uploaded two cropped versions just at the same time as you posted. You can see them above your post. I think it is possible to produce some more cropped versions from this image because there are enough materials in it.

John ( ajohnw), you can feel free to crop the image if you don't like the crops above.
I need to leave an image alone for an hour before I make my mind up if I have done the right thing.
Cropped as mentioned, darkened slightly, slight gradient to darken bottom and right borders a little more - the one on the right boarder is too strong or abrupt as I can see a change in the sky which is too sudden..
Idea. Make more use of the light coming onto the rocks and leave them less prominent as I feel they were too bright. The clouds tend to trail off towards the right top corner if cropped like this which I feel can helps a little more..When I look at any shot for PP I usually think in terms of where the weight is. In this case it's finished up nearly on a 1/3 at the left more or less centred vertically. Then is there any added interest in the rest of the shot that can be made use of.
I upsampled and downsized it too. Shots with this much potential need to be bigger. I doubt if 1200px wide causes anyone any problems.

Hi Binnur,
Just to say beautiful image. I like your final crop best (the one alongside Mike's suggested crop which is very nice) only because you captured the sky so beautifully, and it is a gorgeous sky! (with just the right amount beautifully lit rocks in the foreground) (some of the light on the rocks is lost in the other crops and I like the light on the rocks) )
Fantastic shot Binnur! I actually like the non-cropped version the best. The rocks and clouds all add to the mood, in my opinion. The mix of colours is great.
