IMHO, I think it is extremely cropped. Maybe show a bit more neck and chest on the woman. I feel like the heads are floating. If it were up to me I would have just cropped out the yellow object on the background and some portion on the top. This would frame the subjects observing the rule of thirds. Just my 2 cents. Cheers.
I find the crop too tight too Daniel. I would try a vertical crop by leaving the bodies in the frame
Hi again Daniel I think the image would look better if the man was in focus too, because the woman and the man are so close to each other. So, IMO whatever crop you try, it doesn't improve the photo. But because I am not an expert in portrait shots, it is better to see, what the other members will say about it
Oh wow, I almost thought the gentlemen in the picture was Bob Barker.
If the man had been in sharp focus then I would have agreed with the head and shoulders crop which would have equally included both of them.
But as it is, yes the tight crop works best for me.
