Tranqillity
I took this shot some months back. I liked the reflections on the water but I didn't like the colour of the water, and a straight b&w conversion didn't work for me. But I liked the tint when I first did it a couple of weeks ago, and it still looks good to me so I thought I ask what others think.

Hi Greg, I love that particular tint and it works very well on the sea....Nik Silver effects by any chance?

Re: Tranqillity
The conversion is well done and the toning helps tell the story suggested by your title.

Re: Tranqillity
Thanks everyone, I am glad to know that you like it too, I thought it might just be my own strange taste.
Sharon, I don't have the Nik software. I did the conversion and tinting in ACR.
