A nice view indeed, is that from a holiday, or do you live there?

I did wonder about suggesting cropping a little off the bottom of the first one, but I think it helps enhance the feeling of depth.

On the second, moving the bag out of shot might have been a good idea, shame to spoil a shot of Mrs. Z
I also wonder whether it would look better with some perspective correction to get the flag poles vertical.

These are fairly small issues though, they are both nice shots.

The first is unbelievable: what a shot! The reflections of the clouds in the water are great.

I'm curious: did you have Mrs. Z hold the umbrella to soften the light, or as a part of the scene, or was she just holding it? I don't see EXIF data, so I'm not sure how far away you were, but a little fill flash might have been a good idea. Still a very nice shot. As Dave says, the bag distracts a little, but you could clone that out in photoshop.

thank you all. my wife allways stays out of the sun.... well only for a photo or two. i will crop just the water and sky i think it may be better. thanks
