Yes, after all the window is made of cheap bamboo.
No, he does not realize the window is just made of bamboo.
I like the handling of light/lighting here, and the interesting pensive mood.
Great lighting and skin tones.. One very minor comment... The shadow on the feet (especially the right foot in the foreground) tends to show them as a bit more red/blue (magenta with a bluish cast) that the rest of his skin tones. It almost looks like (but I suspect is not) a product of poor circulation...
Additionally, although I am not usually a great fan of extensive tattoo work, the ladies tattoos are, IMO, quite well done and artistic - as is the pose...
Cheers, Richard .. thanks for noticing and very kind comment. I have difficulty seeing colors because I'm partially colored blind. But now I do see the magenta cast on the subject's feet now that you pointed it out. On the revision below, I corrected the hue in PS using the eye dropper on various Hue/Saturation layers. And then I applied a yellow photo filter to balance the color with the rest of the skin.

The more I look at your first image, the more puzzled I become with his feet color, as well as his right
hand that was altered as well with your repair. Oh well...tis still a great image!
