Possibly, but if I may be brutal, a horizontal horizon would be good, obviously the bridge will still slope to the vanishing point and that's as it should be.
Additionally, it might benefit from a little perspective correction to get the nearest, right most bridge support and lamp stand vertical.
Other than that I like it; the converging/lead in lines on beach, etc.
I might 'have a play' if you don't mind....
I tried a blur and smudge on the water, but looked awful
So this is it as shot, but with the things I suggested and a couple more besides.
Oops, I think I over did the perspective a bit
I was too busy terra-forming some extra beach bottom right to notice the left was leaning, shame on me

Dave,
I appreciate the input. I have to play around with the other shots I took using DPP. Ill post some more pics later. I will be re-visiting the site sometime in the near future to play around a bit.
Hi Paul.
I believe You saw something like below. The sky and the sun are what You wanted to remember not the pole of the bridge. So the lines of the image must go there.

Now I flipped horizontaly. You,yourself, must see which is,in this new situation, the point of interest, how it changes.
Thank You for reading and understanding
