Your PP skills are improving Vaez . I would add medium contrast to the image ( I hope there is a medium contrast curve in LR as there is in ACR) and I would also brighten it just a bit (May be +0,30). But there might be other suggestions from other members who use LR, so let's see the other comments about PP.
For the composition,I think there are two alternatives:
1- I would crop half of the sky because your main subject is mountains . They would stand out more and the sky wouldn't compete with the mountains in this way.
2- if you crop half of the foreground grass then there is actually another composition with lovely sky .
BTW very nice image
Great improvement, Vaez! I do like your PP here. Consider a bit more sharpening. Well done!
Nice, Vaez. I think you have addressed the main issues for this image nicely. I assume the original is a RAW file?
Vaez, was the original image composed with "rule of thirds" as the standard? If so, it obeys the principles well. I personally don't do much landscape photography so my opinions may be less valued than others, but rule of thirds is a "guideline" to help with composition especially when a vista is so overwhelming that "WOW" takes over. I use LR 4.4 to process my RAW images & join it to PSE8 for end functions that LR cannot do. I don't know what version of LR you are using but have you tried the Graduated Filter in LR develop module to brighten the areas just below the mountain peaks? This might take a few tries to learn but its a valuable tool. The adjustment brush can also be used to modify areas that are illuminated differently than their neighbors. Once again I don't know how your camera was setup, meaning Av, Tv or perhaps Pa(program auto). I'm sort of old school film thinking & capture 95% of DSLR images with camera set on M so I use the camera's meter to help me set the f/ & shutter speed for a decent exposure.
