Winter in Tasmania
I stated in another post recently come to Tasmania but make sure it is in the warmer months as winter is cold, wet and miserable.
Utter bollocks, this is the view I had on the way to work this morning. Only an iPhone image so a bit grainy.
When I took the shot it was early morning, not a breath of wind and quiet, really nice.
Ps, it was 0 degrees at the time and I was in shorts, they make painters pretty tough way down South

Re: Winter in Tasmania
Very nice -IPhone has done a good job and managed to shoot into the sun very well. Tough is just one of the words I would use to describe someone wearing shorts at 0 degrees the rest depend on whether it was 0 deg Centigrade, Fahrenheit or Kelvin

Re: Winter in Tasmania
Thanks Paul, did a bit of PP in CC to tone down the bright sun. I took another shot with the sun out of the image entirely but to me it was one of the important elements in the image distracting or not.
It was centigrade btw

Re: Winter in Tasmania
Nice shot, Greg. I guess if an iphone is the only camera you have with you, then that will have to do, but they yield some impressive results.
Were you wearing thongs or ugg boots when you took this shot
