    Happy Street Boy. C&C Welcome

Hi, going forward on my photography venture I stopped and clicked another shot. Can you please review it and let me know what exactly is missing for it to make it much better?

For the image i have used shallow DOF and it is processed in Photoshop to get a bit creamy look amd added few colors globally and locally. No Presets used.

Please provide your views and suggestion with composition and processing.

    Thank You

PS : Please click on the image for lightbox screen view (Highly recommended).

Raj, you got to be kidding me. The only thing missing here is a gorgeous female model next to him to complete the story on why the boy looks so happy ;-)

I'm a big fan of rule of thirds - so I dig the framing here. The lighting is nice that I can see enough shadows and highlights. The green cast on his feet does look weird (from the grass foreground, maybe). As for the watermark, I generally think it ruins the image but on this one it's not distracting me too much. The setting reminds me of senior shots (i.e., high school kids getting their shots for a school book). I don't think he is quite that age yet. Overall, I think it's a great capture.

Thanks for the review and the appreciation. He was 6-7 years old, he and his friends were roaming at india gate and they came to me asked me to shoot them. I was like WOW. They were from very poor family. Later on I rewarded them with "Chana Chat" Indian street food to eat. They were damn happy. Those pics coming soon too where they were enjoying it.
