Thanks, everyone. If it were like that every morning Anchorage would likely be a larger city. Most mornings it is a monochrome scene or not visible at all due to rain/fog. When clear our sunrises/sunset tend to be more pink. I suspect there was some difuse smoke from a wildfire between the mountains and the sunrise which caused the more orange hue(though not this orange per prior comment) yesterday. This morning it was back to monochrome but relatively clear. Still lovely, just different. I guess today would have been a good opp for a B/W image

When in Florida, I woke up each morning to this same wonderful sunrise and take a few shots till the sun fully rises. But this one is exquisitely beautiful because you can see more beautiful sceneries...Lovely.
