    All gorgeous as expected! My favourites are the White Ibis for the incredible moment captured and the Sand Hill Crane for the uniquely beautiful composition.

    Hi Joe,

    Great series of amazingly high standard, as usual; ticking all the boxes:
    Lighting
    Background
    Composition
    Timing (pose)
    Exposure
    Depth of Field
    Focus and Sharpening

    The first four are the tricky ones, photographers need patience, breed/species experience and field craft to achieve those,
    Whereas the last three are just the technical aspects, much easier to learn and perfect.

    These examples are what I need to aim for!
