    Nice Greg! if only the flag had been fluttering in a wind that didn't disturb the reflection in the water

    Seriously though, the fact that the flag isn't blowing gives the image a somber feeling to it. Did you consider cloning out the float? Either way, this was nicely seen and captured.

    Shane...is it still raining and wet your way? The OP is Jon.. not Greg... I will say it for you -- WHOOPS!

    Anyway... I agree with Shane...edit off the float...the composition is A-OK, according to me. It is colourful. Love it...

    John, Shane and Izzie, thanks for your comments. Regarding the float...yes, I considered removing it but my original intention for this shot was the reflections and the float was part of that original thought. I did remove it and in my mind I knew it was there so the image just didn't look quite right to me so back in it stays.
