    I'm thinking that a lower perspective may have served you better...would've resulted in less water.

    I think it depends on what our eyes are directed towards first, the sun on the horizon or the figure on the beach. As the image opened in the thread, it took some time for me to see the significance of the title; as my eyes moved slowly down the image. If viewed from the bottom up the significance would have been less meaningful as the sun was already in view of the subject.

    It works extremely well for me Jordan. It's good to see a different perspective than the norm we expect.

    works well but id try a narrower crop that looks like a portrait letterbox so that the person/ rocks at the bottom follow the sun trail on the sea up to the sun.
