    Brian,

Different, not a bug in sight, but I like it - my only question on it would be the use of a white border, though I feel it does need some form of border, but I don't know what ! There you are - I'm no help at all, but I still like it.

I have always felt my photos needed a frame of sorts. The round corners option in Gimp comes with an optional white background to enhance the drop shadow effect. have fun and play around with the shot if you want to. Finding a really good frame is a challenge.

Brian...this is a nice simple and minimalist sort of image and I like the mood of the shot...HOWEVER...your frame seems to be off just like Steve's comment up there...you may not agree with my assessment as I think that the background should be a little bit more muted to give the plant here more pop.

The background could be better. I tend to get into habits and of late that has been my go-to background. if the shot appears simple and minimalist then my processing worked.

Feels like I'm snooping on your subject. Nicely captured.
