    Stones (Not Rob's Stones)

These pebbles were weighting the plastic seed tray top down but were left on a glass topped table

Now let me think... how does that Stones song go?

I said, Hey! You! Get off of my cloud
Hey! You! Get off of my cloud
Hey! You! Get off of my cloud
    Don't hang around 'cause two's a crowd
    On my cloud, baby

Very good Steve. Very good. You should have taped some black paper to the under-side of the glass to get more of a reflection. You know... paint it black...

Ok its a shameless rip of your Stones Album but I just had to have a go for myself Now where did I put that watering can...and I could use the black paper to make some black rocks

I never thought of black paper...good tip.

Donald/ Steve thank you for your positive comments.

I love colors in #1 most, and the composition of #2. If you could combine these 2 shots, that would be my pick
Anyway, very creative, thanks for sharing!

    Good shots Steve,

Interesting, almost 'lunar' surface texture to #2.

I'm thinking #3 would cause more thought in the viewer if the shadows on glass were removed somehow.

#1 is probably the weakest (and therefore what I'd shoot ), I wonder if there's anything that could be done with a diagonal or slanting composition, if you could find something to anchor the stone and show why it doesn't roll away.

Man; these things are doin' my head in, what am I saying

    Cheers,
