Helpful Posts: Sometimes a cell phone is a handy thing to have around. We were out on Prince William Sound this weekend. After taking a pretty long hike we returned to the boat and started cruising down the bay. Grace climbed up on top of the fish cooler and fell asleep. She was totally exhausted after running who knows how many miles up the side of a mountain. Poor baby...

Ha. Like babies, I love it when they're exhausted. Totally relaxed and zonked they'll sleep anywhere and in any position. Cool shot. Some of my bestest shots of my pup are smartphone, simply because it's always handy.

Glad you folks enjoyed the shot. I figured any dog lover would get a smile out of it. The rest of the day after this she was content to ride around in the bow of the inflatable kayak that we use as a dingy. She's turned into a pretty good boat dog.

Glad you guys enjoyed the photo. She didn't stay in that position very long. There's not much friction between fur and plastic so she was gradually slipping further down as the boat moved. She woke up and repositioned into a more conventional sleeping pose.
