Re: Caribana Dancer: Eyes and Lashes
Hi Shane -- why is it that men's idea of a handsome counterpart is not the same as women's? Too much competition I suppose....
John...I like the last two ones. It would have been nice to be on the look-out for Kiwi's over there...They know how to strut their stuff better...:)

Izzie,
All the magazines state that women like an older man, could the editors be wrong?
I'm not sure any Kiwi's participated in this parade but I'm sure they would have done just fine.

Perhaps you and Binnur prefer Oded Fehr (lookalike).

I have no idea Izzie but I think John may have been a bit distracted by all of the feathers
John, the male bystander was quite into things by the looks of it :) I think you need a closer crop on this gentleman (removing the car and its shadow) to avoid any distractions.
The portrait of the woman in post #19 is quite nice.
It looks like you had fun :)
Re: Caribana Dancer: Eyes and Lashes
Ahhh...I like the looks of the men in the Joseph A. Banks and Men's Warehouse commercial better. Ugly is the man from the Trivago commercial...:D
I like the couple shot best, Shane...not shabby at all...not shabby....

Ummmm...love this one John even the shine of the crown of the other woman at the right is in the face of the woman on her left cheek. I am envious of your weekend...these are the kind of festival where almost no one will refuse for photographers like you to take a photo of them. And it shows how much everyone is having a good time...

Hi Izzie,
Thanks for the comments. I was concerned about the shiny decorations, but was hoping the ladies' eyes would distract. :) The festival participants were very friendly, only a few showed displeasure at being photographed, the majority either thanked me, gave me a thumbs up, or asked where they could view their images.
Re: Caribana Dancer: Caribbean Queens
You really did had a good weekend then...where are you off this weekend? I hope somewhere especially so we can view your images again.

Izzie,
Unfortunately, this weekend is a bust, spent most of Saturday recovering form root canal work, hopefully I'll get out on Sunday.
