I like the crop as is myself. The amount of water/sky feels like a good balance to me. And Grahame had a pretty good theory with the gradient. A gradient might make for good lead into the frame.

I might think about losing the lights on shore on the extreme right edge of the frame that are leading out of the frame possibly just to see if I liked it, but other than that I’d let it stand!

Grahame and Terry, last night, before seeing your comments, I toned down the reflections selectively because I like the balance between the amount of water/sky and I don't want to lose some of the water by cropping it. But adding a gradient has never occured to me at all Sometimes although we have tools for PP, we just don't use them effectively

So,I was going to upload my edit with toned down reflections today , but after your comments, I decided to try adding a gradient from the bottom in addition to my edit . If it works fine I will upload a revised version. Thanks for the suggestion indeed !

Terry I will also deal with the tiny lights on the very right edge of the shore to see how it works.
