I like that!
I like your eye on these… but do I see too many PP artefacts? Or are these
consequent to some local conditions! I would like to know more about the later.
Which areas in particular, Kodiak? At the base of the tower there was a country road in the distance with a section heading straight for me, with cars driving along their lights may have contributed. This was in the country but only 3/4 mile from the M1 Motorway (directly left of camera) and two small farms may have contributed some light pollution.
Alright Phil… and the spotlight illuminating the mill from its base…
Since I am at my first cup of coffee, I realize that I should wait for
its effect before I compromise myself in any activities. With my
experience, I should know that! ;-)
Yes, that was caused by car headlights illuminating from a distance. There was a fireworks display in the distance to the left in a country house, and once it finished there was a lot of traffic on that small road about 2 miles away - that's what has caused it.
Good work, Phil, he star trails look like wind.
(There's a sliver of white bg showing at the bottom left of frame.)
I like the composition, Phil...
Phil, I like the concept. The blades of the turbine are still and the stars in motion. For me the image makes me think in terms of dynamics. Thank you for posting this image.
I like the star trails and the composition very much
