    Boomer in B&W

Boomer continues to grow (his feet are huge) and he gains more personality each day.

The color versions were OK but I preferred the mono on these two.

The very first reaction to this was, 'There's too much grass around. Should have got in closer'. But I think that's wrong. This works well. Seeing Boomer in his 'patch' gives the picture more context. I really like it.

Those eyes! He has you wrapped all over him in the cuteness department haha...The shots are nice and you really did the conversion well here. Just like the annoying me...I still prefer to see the colour version though, I am sucker for doggies. They have their way.

Thanks Donald. I thought the same thing at first and cropped tight to him...obviously I did't like it either. This one is a slight crop from the original just to get sidewalk out of the background.

In the second photo, Boomer is saying: "Look into my eyes; you are getting very sleepy.............."

Great photos of a very cute pup!

Absolutely great shots of a beautiful pup. I like both the color and B&W versions but really like the black and white images best.

I also like the loose crop of the first shot! However, I might think about cloning out the two leaves on the lawn in the first B&W image. In the color shot it is obvious that they are leaves but, I had to look twice at the B&W to decide they were leaves. Anytime, something distracts me from the subject, I think about getting rid of it...

Jon, thank you for the colour version. Now I cannot choose which one I like...both have its own merit. Your dog have the most beautiful eyes and if I remember right, it is not as green as in this coloured version but blue. Still, he is a good model for you...do you have one of your son with him?

Sad to say his eyes have changed from that wonderful blue to a greenish shade. kinda miss the blue eyes but I think we will still keep him

I do have multiple with my son and his puppy but he does not like his photos put out there...so I will respect that wish.
