    Has anyone used digisys.com prices for D700 is off the scale.... it sounds to good to be true, so I am asuming it is!

    thanks for the replies.

    I am probably getting everything off B&H ....I am waiting for the Nikon D3s to come in stock to place my order. But its been on backorder for like a month now....I hope they get some more by June...

    You could always go one better and get a Canon 1Ds3 ... and they're available now

    Just a thought: If you haven't acquired a set of really good quality fast glass, I would recommend that you take a look at the D700 since you want a FF body. It's a very capable and amazing body with the optional removable vertical battery grip; also shoots cleanly at 6400 ISOs.

    The nice feature of the D700 is that you can purchase the larger lithium battery (like the D3 and D3s models) along with a separate battery door; giving you longer shooting time since the smaller battery normally comes with the body acts as a backup.

    Camera bodies will come and go, but lenses will last you from body to body for years to come.
