Need help -critique and input on a photo series that include myself

I want to create a series of pictures for a Norwegian National photo contest for Norwegian photoclub members.
Every fall they have a class where you can enter a series of 3 to 5 pictures that are related, have a story or a thing that relates them, like for example the color red, a balloon appearing in all the pictures (something that links it together)

I want to tell a story with my series, the story is about me and my cancer. (when i was really sick I did not think of it)

The Idea is to start with either the CT door picture or a another picture I have that says its the cancer floor of the hospital. (this is to show better that it`s cancer I am fighting, do not have any self taken photos without hair)

Then I want to keep the picture of myself in the ct scan.

The third picture is of my cancer doctor reading my ct scan pictures.

The third picture I might have a chance to improve this Thursday, but I am not sure how i could improve it. (Perhaps include myself in a chair besides him? His office is really small and I feel I am stealing his time) So the question is, is the th picture strong enough? Or should I try improving it? Any suggestions how?

Since it can be 3 to 5 pictures I am thinking about including a picture of some of my scars from cancer surgery , not sure if I need to?

The last picture I want to add in the end is a picture of myself in black and white standing at a mountain top looking out on the view (this because it means that my body is working again)

Hope some of you have any ideas and advice for the series. The most important question is should i change or improve the doctor picture, I only have 1 shot at that before the deadline.

In the shot provided, the doctor is the central figure (because of position within the frame and level of sharpness), if that is your intention then leave as is or include more of his body as the image shown is too tightly cropped.
