Edit is OK… always want to learn!

Hey John, I know it's just coincidental but the matching colours of the rusty
car and the pavement and sidewalk and working very well here… cooool!

I like this style, not up on car cultures so not sure what it's classed as, kind of rat rod but not that extreme?
What I really like is the shiny chrome in contrast to the rusty bodywork, usually it's the chrome that gets rusty before the paintwork would get that bad, have you tried making a B&W image of just that car as B&W is all about contrast, shape and texture and the shiny chrome, white walls, dark rusty paintwork with all those curves might work really well

What we have here is a difference in viewpoints, where you guys see a rusty car/pickup truck...
I see a potential classic with some surface rust ready to be sanded/primed/painted.

    Mike,

Thanks for the comments and suggestions. Haven't tried conversion yet but will definitely give it a couple of methods.

I loved the image John Is this a special event because the other cars on the line look old too? I also liked the angle.

    Hi Binnur,

Yes it was a special event called Clutch Artists Autorama, a yearly event where car enthusiasts display their favorite automobiles. Thanks for the comments.

So john, this is not really an old car, old car show but 'favourites' ...very interesting. I wonder if an almost brand new Merc or a Jaggie will be appropriate to bring over there for the show? Did you see any newer models? just asking...

    Hi Izzie,

Yes saw plenty of newer models, part of the criteria is customization of the original design. Someone even had a Ford f150 on display.

I looked at this image without reading the comments - my first impression was that I love the desolate feel of it. After reading the comments, I now understand it was a car show... Still love it :-)

John, I like it. Did you get any isolated shots of the '60 El Camino?

    Thanks Jack,

Unforutunately this was the best shot I could get, I did a few closeups but was concentrating on the skeleton in the front seat.

I don't know anything about cars, but I think the guy in the first shot has been on the road way too long.
