Excellent; how about brightening the image a bit?

    Re: Just a Bee

I suppose it could be said that the bee is a little too central. Usually it is better to have a fraction more space at the head end than the tail end. But not a serious problem.

The colour does seem a little strange; possibly a fraction too orange? But be careful about adding extra brightness because there are areas which are currently just below the over exposure point.

All in all though, a good shot.

    John, Nandakumar, Binnur and Geoff.
    Thanks for comments and suggestions.
A little bit more brightness is possible, but as Geoff pointed out there are areas which are currently just below the over exposure point.
I would also like a bit more space in front, but this is the picture as captured, so little room to 'crop'.
Abt the colour: In my original it is a fraction less orange as shown here. Maybe it has something to do with uploading through tinypics, which seems to alter my jpeg in a png format without any exif data. The more likely reason is that I have done something wrong, during uploading......

If you can't brighten it, you could try increasing the vibrance or maybe a levels adjustment would make the color pop. So nice and sharp... great image.
