Thanks for sharing this Travis. I have not tried this kind of photography but I find it very interesting. Picking up on Mike's comment, I would like to see it with the stem on the left shortened. I always have to be different. Nice job.
I like this Travis - it feels like a modern take on a botanical print from an antique field guide.
I could go with either Mike or Chuck's suggestion and I think either would provide more balance to the image.

Honestly? I don't like that because the light is NOT enjoyable!
Light is enjoyable only when it comes with shadows, IMO.
The light box is a good tool but maybe i would think of it and use it like a
soft box that it is.
Travis, give it a try: use fewer light sources but place them with a bit more
strategy so to bring it as asset to your take! keep them coming!
