If this is the view from your kitchen, I wonder what view you have from the front of your house? Man...you live in a nice place over there...Nice capture...it is almost like the "bridal veil" but on a larger scale that was posted here the other day. Did you see that post?

You did a really nice job of post-processing the image, Neil. The clouds have plenty of definition while retaining a soft look. The light leads my eye very nicely through the image. Great conversion! The area where you live is stunning and you took full advantage of it.

Thank you all for your kind comments, I have not seen that post Izzie that you mention must have missed it.We are in the middle of the wet season and the last two weeks have seen heavy rains which has its pros and cons but does give much more interesting skies than the usual blue ones.

What a lovely view you must have from your home. The scene is handled well to bring out detail without losing the effects of the mist. Personally I've not been very successful with this type of shot. Nice job.
