I think Peter maybe missed out to tell those who don't know that the Old Man of Storr (Bodach an Storr in the native Scots Gaelic language) is actually a rock pinnacle. Those searching the image for a human-being will be disappointed.
That weather looks fairly average for a June (summer) day, at that height, in Skye! We've got very sensitive skin up here on the north-west fringes of Europe and prefer clouds, rain and high winds (and I'm going to convert to Nikon!)
In terms of the image, if it was mine (which it obviously is not), I'd be thinking of a 1:1 (square) crop, leaving the left, top and bottom edges and cutting in from the right. And I'd be converting to B & W. You could do wonders with that sky in B & W and that tree is made for the B &W treatment.
