    Interesting car plates...

While staying at Red Roof Inn at Etowah, Tennessee, I came upon this car plate while walking my dog at the car park so I woke up early in the morning to take a shot of it:

Anyway, I saw the owner of the Tahoe the next day they were about to load their car. And I told him that I took a photo of his car plate because it is funny and that I think you guys will enjoy having one of this when you do retired. He said it is his wife's idea...anything creative and funny, he acknowledges his wife for it. Now wasn't that nice of him?

While there, another old bloke asked me to take a photo of his car plate. Of course I obliged...

    Hi Izzie,

The 1st image made me smile. The 2nd image is absolutely lovely, beautiful rich colours and uniquely composed.

Well spotted on the first one, Izzie. I like the rich colours in the 2nd shot, too.

Thanks, Christina, Greg and John for your comments. I think I enjoyed talking to those old guys at the car park especially the marine guy. I have to encourage hubby to put his cute one on our SUV soon...when he retired from TWA someone gifted him with a nice looking one. My gift was an FAA license holder. Nothing to hoot about really but it will stay there till the end of time.

    Well spotted Izzie.

They are a bit more interesting than some of the 'personal' number plates I have seen here since they gave us the option for a ridiculous cost.

One was ABC 123 and another the make of the car, such imagination
