Not sure about your goals but...sometimes subtlety is best.
Know the feeling PS is difficult to learn and am trying to learn it myself. Must agree that subtlety is much better and getting it right at capture is even better.
Goal is to be creative with subtlety, but seriously, PS is going to take some time.
Hey Haseeb; nice placing of the tree, gives something to tie the boat up to!
So far so good; i really liked it....
Left a bit with the tree
It is both a learning curve and a creative curve. Sometimes the curves work together... sometimes they don't.
Then when you find that you have learned enough of the current ones, you'll forget the simple procedures you learned from the past seems to be the best. I've been with Photoshop since Version 4 and I am still learning and going back and moving forward...learning is an endless process --- we can never learn enough nor too much. The rest is attitude.

The way I see it; you’ve successfully built your own story in your image. Some go to a place take the photograph and then build the story. Others sketch up their story, scout for sites and then take the photography to tell that story. Just like any other forms of art, the first rule about it is: “there is no rule”
