Lightning Before The Dust Storm Hits

Hi All,

I caught two pretty good streaks of lightning over my neighbors house last night. It was an amazing light show but I only had time for about 8 shots and these were my best two.

Very nice shots If they were my images, I would try to make the roofs and the leaves look like a dark silhouette to make the lightnings stand out more .

I get what you're saying but for some reason I liked how the pictures show exactly what it looked like last night. I didn't want to show super altered photos, just neat lightning over houses.

I like #1 very much...the lightning looks like a stick figure with the hands reaching out to the trees. But then my imagination is always ripe, so ignore me...I just love finding shapes in almost anything...

The first image gets my vote as it has more of the lightning in frame, well done
